Deleting Emails on Desktop
1. Open Outlook on your computer and navigate to the folder containing the email you want to delete.

3. Once the emails are selected, click on the “Delete” button located in the ribbon at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can press the “Delete” key on your keyboard.
